Professor Yasuo Deguchi of Kyoto University, Co-chairperson of the Kyoto Institute of Philosophy, will appear live on BS Nippon Television's news program “Shinsou NEWS” (scheduled to air from 6:58 PM to 7:55 PM) on Monday, September 29th.

He will join Keiko Iizuka, a newscaster (and Yomiuri Shimbun Senior Political Writer) who covered the first Kyoto Conference on-site, and fellow guest Professor Hiroaki Miyata of Keio University, known for producing the "Better Co-Being" theme pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. They will exchange views on topics such as the relationship between humans and technology, including AI, and why the industrial world is now turning its attention to philosophy. Please tune in!
